In this video I will be making a solid brass sledge hammer in my backyard foundry. I made pattern using fusion 360 and the 3d printed the patterns in a plastic called PLA. Then I made a sand mold with a sand called petrobond. I machined the casting on my milling machine and then mounted the sledge hammer head to a hickory handle.
