掩盖真实情绪动荡的回答，《還好》在呼吁人们在这个焦虑的时代里要重视心理健康。我们希望可以通过这首歌传达给这些在心理 健康方面挣扎的人一个信息，即使有这样的情绪也是没关系的。

Co-written by Juni Goh, Dayvid Foo & YC 予希, 《還好》reflects the salient numbness of society, brushing off feelings, masking their troubles with a simple reply, “I’m Ok”. This original song serves as a reminder to everyone that it’s okay to not be okay, as long as we reach out for help when needed.
