So we just recently finished up this shop in Clever, MO. We had the final inspection, and it's past, so we are turning it over to the owner now. This post-frame shop is 32'x56'x12', the color combo is stone walls, and the burnished slate roof and trim. A lot of work we done on this one from excavation, shell, concrete, wiring, doors, mezzanine, and final grading.
When we built the pad up 6', we had a compaction test for every 1' so I'd say that was the biggest task for this job but not horrible.
