Our deck was in pretty bad shape. I wanted to restore it to make it beautiful again. I did my research and decided on the Restore a Deck Products found here http://www.restore-a-deck.com/. Since I did not have any evidence of existing stain, I did not use the stain stripper. I ordered the kit of cleaner and brightener. The chemicals in these products are said to be superior to many deck cleaners that are bleach based and easily found in home improvement stores. I used a pressure washer, scrub brush, and the restore-a-deck cleaner. I have a second video showing the process for staining the deck once it dried out. Check it out here:    • How To: Stain Your Deck
