Mysterious phenomena :
It's almost 2023 and people are celebrating the year and enjoying their time, and this is exactly what hotheadbrett (TikTok) and many others were doing when all of a sudden they were surprised by a strange light in the sky. At first people confused this mysterious thing for strobe lights, this is until they realized something really bizarre - this thing was reflecting off the other strobe lights and it appears to be behind the clouds.
