- 1 Whole Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1/2 Onion, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Dale's Steak Seasoning (Or Worcestershire Sauce)
- 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder/ Garlic Powder
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for Topping
- Parsley for Garnish

SAUCE:
- 1/2 Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- Splash of Chicken Broth (Optional)
