If you're considering going freelance, or if you've never worked on a freelance basis, this video might help you to be better prepared for the kind of challenges that come from running your own business and basically applying for the same job over and over. There are many drawbacks to freelancing, but there are also many perks. Different personalities are going to be more suited for different situations. I can't say that one is better than the other. Both have pitfalls. But you can decide for yourself which way you'd like to take your career. I've chosen to freelance, despite some of these challenges, and this video discusses a lot of the reasons why.
