Smothered meatballs is a dish that consists of tender juicy meatballs  simmered in a flavorful brown gravy.This dish is typically made by first browning the meatballs in a skilled  and then adding the sauce and simmering the dish until the meatballs are fully cooked and the flavors have melded together. 

Ingredients 

2 lb ground beef 80/20
¾  cup breadcrumbs 
2 eggs
½ cup chopped onion 
2 cloves minced garlic 
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
2 tsps salt 
1 tsp black pepper 
 Brown gravy
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp butter 
3 Tbsps all purpose flour 
3 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream 
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
