I wouldn't call framing and raising walls a job that's easy to do by myself, but I do what I have to do. The high temperatures add another layer of challenge; they eventually subside only to make way for heavy smoke and ashy air. Ugh! What's next...a sharknado when I set rafters?! Please no!

The off grid mountain cabin is taking shape! Despite the struggles, the end of this episode shows real progress, and progress is all we can hope for under less than ideal conditions.
