Rwanda's President Paul Kagame toured different sites, including households, schools and infrastructure in Rubavu district - WesternProvince which were damaged by floods after River Sebeya burst its banks following heavy rains on May 2 - 3, 2023.The Head of State promised disaster-affected residents of Western Province that the government will do whatever it takes to ensure that they go back to their homes safely.
