Rumored reason this happens: idle set two low when stopped.

Solutions when stopped when at complete stop:

1. Turn on headlights, even if it’s the daytime.

2. Turn on air conditioning (heat doesn’t help with this problem).

3. Slightly turn steering wheel, forcing more power to power steering. Just remember to straighten the steering when before resuming your drive.

The reason these work is they increase RPMs that are too low, and most, or all vibrating is eliminated.

4. Put your car in neutral when stopped. RPMs don’t change, but car is not accessing the transmission, so there’s no shaking. If you do this, remember to put your car back in drive (NOT REVERSE!) before you continue your drive, or you’ll just rev up the engine while at a complete stop.
