Kind hearted bank manager, Kailash Nath, is very friendly to Shankar Dayal Khurana, the watchman of the same bank. Kailash Nath arranges the marriage of Kishan with Shankar's daughter, Sanam. Every thing works smooth until one fine day the bank gets robbed. The police suspects Kailash Nath and sentenced him to 12 years in prison. After he completes his sentence, he returns and finds that he was framed for the bank robbery by none other than Shankar, who is now the Mayor of this town. Even after so many twist and turns, Kishan accepts Sanam as his bride but, refuses to accept him. Find out what turns out next in their lives?
