Ken Adam (1921-2016, aged 95) was one of the giants of cinema history, creating the war room for 'Dr Strangelove', and the huge sets for several Bond films including 'Dr No', 'Goldfinger and 'Diamonds are Forever'. He won two Oscars, for 'The Madness of King George' and 'Barry Lyndon'.
