The Maryland Transportation Authority Police are a statewide law enforcement agency that provides safety, security and service in partnership with their community. The MDTA Police oversee everything from Maryland's highways to BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport, to the Port of Baltimore. Their mission is to ensure the safety of all who use and work on MDTA facilities, and other vital transportation assets located throughout the state. While you're travelling in or through Maryland, your safety is the MDTA Police's business.
