2 years ago on 02-12-22, I went to my very first concert in New York, NY to see Louis Tomlinson on his first world tour as a solo artist. He was promoting his debut album 'Walls', and it was literally the best night of my Louie Directioner life. I've always wanted to see him in person or be in the same room as him, so this was such a surreal moment. Thinking back feels like a fever dream, like it didn't actually happen. But it did. And it was awesome! On Twitter, I remember Louies finding little gifts for Louis to give him after or before a show. I bought him a silver jersey-style '28' necklace with a cute written note in the box 🥹

When I got to New York, I saw a black coach bus outside the Hammerstein Ballroom, and assumed it was Louis'. I took a picture of it but I still don't actually know if it was his though lol. I then checked in to a hotel, and I went out to get some food. I saw a very long line of fans waiting outside the ballroom when it was about 3-4PM. I went back to the hotel and got ready, took some selfies, and headed out. I was wearing the original Walls 2020 hoodie with the mural painting on the back. Getting inside the venue was quick and simple. I couldn't bring my water because it was open (?) so I took a sip and threw it away. I headed towards the stirs area and got nervous cause I didn't know where to go from there. I have bad anxiety so being in a loud and crowded room was a bit uncomfortable for me. I felt alright when I found a seat. I don't think it was the seat I paid for, but I was anxious enough and needed to sit down. I accidently stepped on a girl's paper bag (if you're reading this, I'm so sorry lol). It was dark and I couldn't see where I was stepping. But The Sun Room played and then Louis came out on time, and it was literally the greatest experience. I didn't scream or sing out loud (social anxiety), but I did sing to myself, smile, and clap. I really really want to do it again!
