2 cloves of garlic.

1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon dried mint.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (10 ml.).

1 teaspoon of tomato paste.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (10 ml).
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1/2 teaspoon dried mint.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 tea glass of water (50 ml.).

cheddar cheese (50 grams).


Baking time: 15 minutes in the oven at 180 °C.
