I am a nonprofit founder who now works full time as the Executive Director for the nonprofit I started many years ago! As Founder, Executive Director was the staff position I was most naturally suited for, but I learned quickly that the job included a wide variety of responsibilities and brushed up on a lot of skills very fast.
