Skybound is a spiritual prequel to the album Moon Dream, and was written over a year ago before my partner and I made a long distance move together. There's a certain limitless feeling to exploring new places with people you're close with. I guess that's indirectly what this song is about :)

The production took me many months, including professional mixing and mastering by the amazing Joël Dollié. In the future I'd like to write faster and worry less about perfection.
