The 37-year-old bombshell uploaded multiple photos and a video from the previous evening at GQ's Man of the Year party.

The poetry book author modeled a plunging, white, asymmetric Mugler dress, with her chest nearly spilling out of the ensemble.

She wrote in the caption, 'a vampire in mugler.'

Her teeny waist was accentuated in the flawlessly tailored piece, which showed off her toned legs.

Megan's lustrous red-dyed bob haircut was arranged in a center part with soft waves and blunt ends.

Leaving no detail uncovered, the actress showed off a long manicure with a nude base and red French tips with white polka dots.

The glamourous shots featured the mother-of-three putting the finishing touches on her presentation before stepping out.

Another shot showed her walking a red carpet as she commanded attention in a pair of open-toe, clear high heels.

The fashion-forward footwear, which had a beaded ankle strap, exposed her wine-colored pedicure.

It comes after the superstar described suffering a miscarriage in her debut literary effort, a book of poems called Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.

In the book, Megan writes about an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks and one day, per excerpts from People.

One section read, 'I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh, but now / I have to say / goodbye.'

Elsewhere she penned, 'I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest as they rip you from my insides.'

Another portion read, 'I will pay any price. Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?'

The Transformers alum said she had 'never been through anything like that before in my life,' as she opened up about the experience and about writing the book while appearing on Good Morning America this week.

'It was very difficult for both of us,' she explained as she referenced partner Machine Gun Kelly. 'And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, "What does this mean? Why did this happen?'"
