Virtual Bird: “Janes Dysphoria” is my first attempt at writing a “Trans Horror” album. It takes inspiration from 90’s horror media such as the “Silent Hill” series, “Jacobs Ladder”, ETC. It takes musical inspiration from Scott Walker, XiuXiu, Bauhaus, and a stream of old horror soundtracks. It features the vocal work of Jamie Stewart from XiuXiu and Freddy Fudd Pucker on the songs “Yr Body” and “Lady Lamp”.

The artwork for the album was done by Mady G. who has done work on the “Invader Zim” comic book as well as other big name comic illustrations.
