Watch me do another social anxiety behavioral experiment/exposure.

This time I take a walk along the beach and say "hi" to every person I pass - and I record the responses. This demonstrates a treatment I use to reduce social anxiety.

I use this experiment to correct the thinking that promotes social anxiety, namely overestimating the likelihood that things will go wrong and how bad it will be, and underestimating the ability to tolerate it.
